Savory Stuffing Meal

The following sounds positively yummy:
Savory Vegetable Stuffing Bake
1/4 LB bulk pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
1 can (about 8 oz.) stewed tomatoes
2 C frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, corn, red pepper)
3 C Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
Cook the sausage, onion and thyme in skillet until sausage is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir in the soup, tomatoes and vegetables; heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Add stuffing and mix lightly; spoon into 1-1/2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350-degrees F for thirty minutes, or until hot. Serves six.
