Appetizing Muse

The weather was so nice today Wilbert brought out the barbeque.

We cooked hamburgers, plump hot dogs and about eight seasoned chicken drumsticks. I also prepared Grilled Potatoes Labrecque. We had quite a feast around two o'clock, and the pooches had plenty of bites of all the meats.

There was a slight breeze outside earlier, and the dogs seemed so happy to be lying in the grass and chasing after frisbees. Our neighbor has a new puppy, so they spent a lot of time touching noses through the fence. I think the worst of our winter is about over, and I'm more than ready to have Foofer bathed and groomed. He looks like a monolithic beast at the moment. No matter that I brush him out every day, he still manages to look wild by the time evening rolls around.

We cooked enough food today to last until the middle of the week, although my husband already finished off the spuds.
