Irish Gastronomy & Other Fine Gael

I'm having trouble with a tooth so lately my food intake has consisted of instant grits, pudding and clear broth. It's not much to write home about, but I've found it easy to subsist while I work up the courage to make an appointment with the bogeyman dentist.
It's nearing the time of year when Irish recipes start coming out of the woodwork because of the looming occurrence of St. Patrick's Day (March 17th). Over the years I've amassed quite a collection of Irish Recipes, some of which are my own, a few from readers and various others that I prepare as is or make adjustments to.
I edited my old articles Ireland (2001) and St. Patrick (2002), combining them into one (now known as The Emerald Isle). The piece includes bits about the history and culture of Ireland, along with words, phrases and, of course, recipes.
Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig oraibh...
(Happy St. Patrick's Day to you all)
