No-Bake Cheesecake

Last night I was up until all hours updating my official web site, after which I decided to make my first no-bake cheesecake.
Jell-O has several flavors of the cake. I chose the original. The only ingredients needed (aside from what's in the box) are six tablespoons butter, a dab of sugar and some milk. The instructions called for two tablespoons of sugar, but I only added a skiff. I don't like overly sweet cheesecakes – rich, yes, but not too sweet.
The process was relatively simple (I used my electric hand-mixer to blend the filling with milk). I was finished in about ten minutes.
The cheesecake is small, although Wilbert prefers gargantuan. It will have to do, and is actually quite tasty.
