Another Meatloaf Variation

I always have my eyes peeled for a new variation of meatloaf. The following comes from Campbell's Kitchen:
Simply Delicious Meatloaf & Gravy
1-1/2 LBS ground beef
1/2 C Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1/4 C water
Mix beef, bread crumbs and egg thoroughly beef. Shape firmly into 8"x4" loaf in baking pan. Bake at 350-degrees F for thirty minutes; spread 1/2 can soup over top of meat loaf. Bake for another thirty minutes, or until done. Mix two tablespoons drippings, remaining soup and water in saucepan. Heat through and serve with meat loaf. Serves six.
