Lunchtime Delectable

I recently stocked up on Ruiz/El Monterey chicken tamales, which definitely made lunch an "affair to remember."
The chicken tamales – along with a bowl of Creamy Tomato Soup – are one of my all-time favorite lunches. I put away three of the tasty tamale morsels, each bite dipped in soup, of course.
I typically eat only one meal a day (lunch), so I tend to make the most of it. The rest of my sustenance includes of coffee and lattes, sometimes with nuts for a snack, varying between Spanish peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds or almonds.
