Family Dining

I had a wonderful lunch with my cousin Sheila today.
We met at Casa de Oro Restaurant near my house. It was my second trip to the eatery, and I'm fast becoming addicted to the scrumptious food.
This time out I ordered a cheese enchilada with a shredded-chicken taco, along with the customary rice and refried beans. I'm not usually one for refried beans, but the fare at Casa de Oro is hard to pass by. The beans were smooth and moist rather than chunky and dry, and the rice had just the right amount of seasonings but wasn't smothered in herbs and spices.
Sheila and I decided to meet at Casa de Oro once a month from now on, fair weather or foul.
