Middle Eastern spice blend
Grind sesame seeds in a food processor, or use a mortar and pestle. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Store in a sealable container in a dry place. If properly stored, Za'atar can be kept for up to six months. Use on bread, meats, rice and vegetables.
