Turkey Potato Casserole
1 LB leftover cooked turkey, shredded
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) green beans, drained
1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 C cheddar cheese, cubed
1 C cheddar cheese, shredded
4 C leftover mashed potatoes
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Layer turkey evenly on the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Top with a layer each of chopped onion and green beans. Pour condensed cream of mushroom over the top; sprinkle with shredded cheese. In a bowl, mix the cubed cheese and mashed potatoes; spoon over the top of casserole and smooth evenly. Bake for about thirty to forty minutes, or until heated through.
