Sydney Sunrise

• 2 TBS honey

• 2 TBS lime juice

• 1 egg

• 3/4 C orange juice

• Ice cubes

Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender or drinks mixer; mix thoroughly. Pour into tall glasses; add ice cubes and serve.

 

Variation: If slush-type drink is preferred, combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a food processor or blender; mix thoroughly. While machine is running, add the ice cubes one at a time until the mixture takes on a slushy consistency. Pour into glasses and serve at once.
