1 box chocolate or spice cake mix
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
1-1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 C water
Non-stick cooking spray
In a bowl, mix canned pumpkin with the cake mix and water. Batter will be stiff. Stir-in chocolate chips. Coat a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon batter into muffin wells (2/3 full). Bake in a 350-degree F oven for about twenty minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into muffins comes out dry. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
