2 LBS bulk pork sausage
1-1/2 C Bisquick Baking Mix
4 C cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 C onion, finely chopped
1/2 C celery, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375-degrees F. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Form mixture into 1" balls; place balls on an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake for about fifteen minutes, or until a golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve.
Note: For a finer texture, add an extra 3 cups of Bisquick and an extra 2 cups of grated cheese to the above ingredients.
