Potato Hot Dogs

• 4 hot dogs

• 2 C leftover mashed potatoes

• 4 slices American cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees-F. Slit hot dogs lengthwise down the center, but do not cut in half. Spread hot dogs open; place them in a square baking dish (9x9"). Add equal amount of mashed potatoes onto each hot dog. Bake for about ten minutes; remove from oven. Place one slice of cheese on each hot dog; place back into oven and bake until cheese has melted. Serve.
