Rinse pine nuts through a strainer to remove debris. Soak pine nuts in the refrigerator  overnight in a covered container in 1/2 C water. The next day, rinse pine nuts in fresh water. Place pine nuts in a blender with water, and half date. Blend until fully combined, about two minutes. Pour nut mixture into a mesh bag and squeeze nut milk into a pitcher until all liquid is extracted.


Note: Pine Nut Milk will keep in the refrigerator for three to five days.
