Parmesan-Chicken Dip

Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.  In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, 1-1/2 cups marinara sauce and one cup mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture evenly in an 8-inch square casserole dish. Spread remaining marinara sauce evenly over chicken mixture; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake until cheese is melted, about fifteen minutes. In another bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle panko mixture evenly over dip, and bake until golden brown and bubbly, about fifteen minutes. Allow to stand for about five to ten minutes; garnish with fresh basil. Suggestion: Serve with pita chips.
