Nutty Burgers
1 LB ground chuck
1/2 C walnuts, finely chopped
2 TBS green onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 TBS soy sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 C sour cream
1 TBS walnuts, chopped
Combine the first six ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into four patties; grill over hot coals or in a skillet for eight to ten minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Transfer patties to serving platter; top each with a dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle walnuts evenly over patties. Serve.
