2 C cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
2 TBS butter or margarine, melted
1 to 1-1/2 C boiling water
Nonstick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375-degrees F. In a bowl, mix together the cornmeal, salt and butter. Add enough boiling water to make a semi-stiff mush. Using your hands, form elongated 3" bun shapes; place on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for about fifteen minutes, or until edges start to brown. Allow to cool before serving.
