Spice blend
1 TBS allspice
1 TBS black pepper
1 TBS cinnamon
1 TBS cloves
1 TBS nutmeg
1 TBS fenugreek
1 TBS ginger
Combine ingredients and store in a sealable container in a dry place.
Note: Primarily used as a seasoning or rub for meat or poultry.
