Chadian fruit juice with milk & spices

Crush the ice in a blender. Peel and chop fruit; add to ice. Blend the ice and fruit together. Add milk, sugar, cardamom and nutmeg. Blend well. Serve immediately.

 

*Note: Papayas can be substituted with any combination of guava, mango, orange and pineapple.
