Greek Salad

Wash and dry the tomatoes; core and cut into quarters. Toss tomatoes with the red onions, cucumbers, bell peppers, Pepperoncini peppers and olives. Just before serving, add the olive oil, parsley and salt. Sprinkle crumbled or sliced Feta cheese on top. Serve at room temperature.
