Greek Seasoning

• 1/4 C dried oregano leaves, crushed

• 2 TBS fennel seeds

• 2 TBS dried lemon grass, crushed

• 3/4 tsp. black pepper

Combine ingredients and store in a sealable container in a dry place.

 

Note: For use in a variety of Greek dishes, including fish, meats, salads and vegetables.
