Mulled Wine

Place all ingredients in a cooking pot. Heat slowly, but do not boil. Simmer for about forty-five minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove particles. Serve.


Glogg (Mulled Wine)Note: For stronger flavor, allow the spices to steep for several hours (or overnight); strain and gently re-heat.
