1 TBS butter
3 TBS olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled & sliced
2 cans (14.5 oz.) green beans, drained
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/4 C Parmesan cheese, grated
In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced garlic; cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in green beans; season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook and stir for about ten minutes. Remove from heat; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve.
