Garden Chicken
1-1/2 C leftover cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 medium potato, peeled & sliced
2/3 C carrots, sliced
1/2 C green beans
2 envelopes Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup mix
1 C water
In a large skillet, combine sliced potatoes, carrots, green beans, soup mix and water. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. Add leftover chicken; stir and simmer until hot. Serve. Recipe makes enough for three to four servings.
Note: Any leftover meat can be used for this recipe.
