Coffee Soup or Sopa Kafea
1 pot strong coffee
1 can evaporated milk
1 large chunk of sourdough bread
Sugar to taste
Break bread into pieces in a large soup bowl. Add sugar. Pour coffee and evaporated milk over the top. Allow to stand for a few minutes to absorb flavors; serve.
