Comorian Coconut Punch
3/4 C coconut milk
1-1/2 C condensed milk
2 TBS white rum
1 vanilla pod
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Ice
Combine coconut milk, condensed milk, rum and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled; turn into goblets or tall drinking glasses. Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg. Split vanilla pod lengthways, add to drinks and serve.
Note: Usage of rum is not in accordance with Islamic Dietary Laws regarding alcohol.
