Chokladbolls
Chocolate Balls
1-1/2 C quick-cooking oatmeal
1/4 C sugar
6 TBS butter, softened
2 TBS cocoa powder
1/2 TBS vanilla extract
1 TBS coffee, cooled
Shredded coconut (for rolling)
In a bowl, combine oats, sugar, butter, cocoa powder, vanilla and coffee. Roll mixture into ball shapes; roll in shredded coconut to coat. Serve. Recipe makes about fifteen balls. Note: Refrigerate or freeze unused portions.
