4 slightly stale pita bread halves
Mustard
8 slices (6 oz.) deli cheddar cheese, pre-sliced
Open pita halves; spread with mustard. Fill each with two slices of cheese. Place cheese-stuffed pita halves on a microwave-safe plate. Heat in the microwave for about one minute (do not overcook), or until cheese melts. Serve.
