1 pkg. pasta (angel hair, corkscrew or seashell)
1 can (15 oz.) chili con carne (or use leftover chili to preference)
Water
Romano or Parmesan cheese to taste (optional)
In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions or desired tenderness; drain. Return cooked pasta to pot; stir in chili. Add water to achieve desired thinness. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for about five minutes. Sprinkle grated Romano or Parmesan cheese over the top; stir and cook for about one minute. Serve hot in individual bowls.
Note: Leftover pasta can also be used for this dish.
