Chicken Pizza
3 leftover cooked skinless & boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
2 TBS butter, melted
1 bottle (2 oz.) hot sauce
1 bottle (8 oz.) blue cheese salad dressing
1 (16") prepared pizza crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 425-degrees F. Combine cubed chicken, melted butter and hot sauce in a bowl. Mix well. Spread blue cheese salad dressing over prepared pizza crust; top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Bake until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about five to ten minutes. Allow to stand for three to five minutes. Slice and serve.
