Cheese & Olives on Rye
1 C cheddar cheese, grated
1 C ripe olives, chopped
1 C dried beef, chopped
1 C mayonnaise
Mini-rye bread slices
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread the mixture on mini-rye slices and place under a broiler until cheese is bubbly, about five minutes. Serve warm.
