Carrot-Apple Juice
1 large apple, quartered
1/2 can (15 ozs.) pineapple chunks with juice
3 large carrots, ends trimmed
2 tsp. fresh ginger
2 large celery stalks
1/2 medium-sized beet
Sugar (optional)
In a blender or food processor, juice the apple, pineapple, carrots, ginger, celery and beet. Add sugar if desired. Chill and serve.
