Caraway Carrots
4 TBS butter
1 TBS brown sugar, softened
2 tsp. dried caraway seeds
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 LB leftover baby carrots, steamed
Melt butter in a large frying pan. Add sugar, caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Sauté gently, stirring constantly for about three minutes. Place steamed carrots in a serving dish. Pour on caraway sauce mixture and toss. Serve hot.
