Cappuccino
Italian Coffee
1-1/3 C low fat milk
Sugar to taste
1-1/3 C strong black coffee
Cinnamon (for garnish)
Add low fat milk and sugar to a large bowl; microwave on high for three to four minutes or until boiling. Transfer milk to a blender; mix at high speed for about one minute or until milk becomes frothy. Pour black coffee into four servings cups; add milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve. Recipe makes about four servings.
