Banana Pina Colada
2 ripe bananas, peeled & quartered
1 C crushed ice
1/2 C cream of coconut
1/3 C rum
Fresh-sliced pineapple (for garnish)
Combine the bananas, ice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and rum in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve at once with a slice of pineapple on rim of glass.
