Bombo

Spicy rum cocktail; also known as Bumboo

• 2 oz. dark rum

• 1 oz. cold water

• 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

• 1/2 tsp. grenadine

• 2 sugar cubes

• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass or cocktail shaker. Stir or shake to blend. Serve. Note: Traditional Bombo does not contain ice, but ice cubes can be added if desired.
