Add avocado, milk and ice cream to a blender; process until mixture is smooth and foamy. If mixture appears too thick, add more milk to thin. Squirt chocolate syrup on the insides of a tall glass; pour in avocado shake mixture. Serve with a long spoon or straw. Recipe makes one or two milkshakes.
