Avocado-Lime Pie

• 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

• 1 C pureed avocado (from 1 or 2 large fresh avocados)

• 1/2 C lime juice

• 2 egg yolks

• 1 tsp. lime zest, grated

• 1/4 tsp. salt

• 1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust (or Graham Cracker Crust)

• Whipped cream, for serving

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for crust; use electric mixer to beat until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust. Chill until set, at least four hours. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. Serve cold.
