1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 C pureed avocado (from 1 or 2 large fresh avocados)
1/2 C lime juice
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. lime zest, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust (or Graham Cracker Crust)
Whipped cream, for serving
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for crust; use electric mixer to beat until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust. Chill until set, at least four hours. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. Serve cold.
