Easy Asian Casserole
3 C leftover cooked chicken or turkey, diced
2 cans (10.75 oz. each) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can (14 oz.) La Choy stir fry vegetables, drained
1 can (5 oz.) La Choy crispy noodles
1 C celery, diced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 C mayonnaise
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients; pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350-degrees F for about one hour, or until bubbly on top. Serve.
