Preheat oven to 450-degrees F. Place pizza crust on a lightly greased pizza pan. Add reserved artichoke liquid to a small skillet; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for about one minute. Add garlic; cook and stir for another minute. Add artichoke hearts; stir to coat. Remove skillet from heat; set aside. Spread tomato sauce over pizza crust; sprinkle with cheese and top with artichoke hearts and garlic. Arrange tomato slices on top. Bake for about twenty minutes or until cheese melts and pizza crust is golden. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
