Apple Juice
Cores & peels from 3 apples
5 C water
1/4 C sugar
Place apple cores and peels in a saucepan; add water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for thirty minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the juice into a heat-proof jar, discarding any solid pieces. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool before drinking. Recipe makes two servings. Refrigerate unused portions.
