Appetizing Muse

This week’s fare has been quite eclectic in my house:

• Monday: Leftover KFC Twister-Wrap.

• Tuesday: A large chicken salad with sliced green olives and celery.

• Wednesday: We barbequed chicken and Grilled Potatoes Labrecque.

• Thursday: Burger King chicken sandwich and fries.

• Friday: Taco Bell tacos.

None of the food was inspiring apart from the barbequed chicken and Tuesday's salad, so that tells me eating food from a quick restaurant is highly unsatisfying - unless it happens to be Japanese fare from my favorite eatery Kyoto Teriyaki, of course.

Since my birthday is coming up at the end of the month, I think I'll persuade Wilbert to bring home take-out from Kyoto's with a side treat of chocolate-chip mint ice cream.
