Special K Cookies

• 1 C white sugar

• 1/2 C brown sugar

• 1 C white syrup

• 2 tsp. vanilla

• 1/4 tsp. salt

• 1 1/3 C peanut butter

• 5 C (heaping) Special K Cereal

Bring the two sugars and the white syrup to a small boil. Add vanilla, salt, and peanut butter to the mixture. Mix well; pour over cereal. Mix and drop by teaspoons onto wax paper; allow cookies to cool before serving or storing.
