In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients (except for buns and garnishments). Cook covered for about five minutes, or until heated through. Spoon meat mixture onto the bun-bottoms. Serve garnishments separately to allow guests to decorate their own Sloppy Goblin.
