1 LB ground beef or ground chicken
1 C onion, chopped
5 chicken-pork hotdogs, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 C ketchup
1/4 C dill pickle, chopped
1/4 C tomato paste
1/4 C prepared mustard
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 hamburger buns
Garnishments: green and black olives, red pimentos, shredded carrots, sliced red bell pepper, parsley sprigs & thin pretzel sticks
In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients (except for buns and garnishments). Cook covered for about five minutes, or until heated through. Spoon meat mixture onto the bun-bottoms. Serve garnishments separately to allow guests to decorate their own Sloppy Goblin.
