Poultry Potpourri
1 1/2 LBS ground chicken or turkey
2/3 C onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed vegetable soup
1 can (16 ounces) pork & beans in tomato sauce
2 to 3 C water
2/3 C celery, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dried basil
In a deep frying pan, cook and stir ground meat. Add onion and garlic; cook until ground meat has browned and onion is tender. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for about twenty minutes. Serve.
