Hot Lobster Dip
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes & softened
3 TBS butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning Mix
1/2 C white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (11.3 oz.) lobster meat, drained & chopped
Slivered almonds
In a saucepan, melt butter and garlic; allow to simmer for about thirty seconds. Add cubed cream cheese, onion, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Old Bay Seasoning Mix; stir to combine thoroughly. Gently fold in chopped lobster meat and shredded cheese. Spread mixture into a baking dish; top with slivered almonds. Bake for about thirty minutes at 375-degrees F or until dip is bubbling and brown on top.
Suggestions: Serve with crackers or small toast squares.
