Hazelnussomeletten
2 TBS flour
1 C milk
1 egg, separated
1 TBS sugar
2 TBS hazelnuts, grated
Salt to taste
2 TBS butter
In a bowl, combine flour and milk. Stir in the egg yolk; fold in sugar and grated hazelnuts. In another bowl, beat egg white until frothy and add to flour and milk mixture. Add salt to taste. Melt the butter in a skillet (or omelet pan) and cook until omelet is golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
