Bloody Mary Dip

• 3 C cream cheese, softened

• 1/2 C V-8 juice

• 1/3 C tomato puree

• 1 large green bell pepper, finely minced

• 1/2 C onion, finely minced

• 1/3 C celery, finely minced

• 1/3 C mayonnaise

• Horseradish, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt & pepper to taste

Mix all of the ingredients together in a food processor. Add the horseradish, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.

 

Suggestions: Serve with crackers, vegetables or Tortilla Chips.
