Broiled Grapefruit

Preheat oven broiler. Cut grapefruits in half; use a small serrated knife to cut out sections in halves. Combine the grapefruit sections and juice into a bowl; scrape out remaining skins and pulp. Spoon sections from the bowl back into halves. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of each grapefruit half; dot with butter. Place grapefruit halves on a baking sheet. Broil for three to five minutes, or until butter melts and sugar begins to brown. Serve.
