Breakfast Fruit Salad
1 red apple, cored & chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, cored & chopped
1 nectarine, pitted & sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 C dried cranberries
1/2 C walnuts, chopped
1 container (8 oz.) lemon yogurt
In a bowl, combine apples, nectarine, celery, dried cranberries and walnuts. Mix in the yogurt. Chill before serving; recipe makes about four servings.
